The first equipment pickup for the 2008 season will be held June 7-8 at our Goddard Rd. warehouse off Chesterfield Airport Rd. Click here for a map.
The second equipment pickup will be held Saturday June 21 ONLY at the CVAC (Chesterfield Valley Athletic Complex) at the equipment trailers on the north side of the levee in the parking area for the practice fields. Click here for directions.
Parents, please bring your check books! You will need to leave deposits for equipment ($200), equipment cleaning ($50) and work duty ($250). Please note: if you elected to buy-out of work duty, you do not need to leave a work-duty deposit.
Kids need to be dressed in shorts, t-shirt and flip-flops to expedite the jersey and pant fit check.
Cheerleaders should attend to be fitted for uniforms. There is a $150 cheerleading uniform deposit.
Please arrive at your age group's scheduled time.
The scheduled times are by age group as follows:
Pickup #1 June 7-8
Saturday 10am-12pm - 13/14 and 12U
Saturday 12pm-2pm - 11U
Saturday 2pm-4pm - 10U
Sunday 10am-12pm - 9U
Sunday 12pm-2pm - 8U
Sunday 2pm-4pm - 7U
Pickup #2 June 21
Saturday 10am-12pm - 13/14, 12U, 11U
Saturday 12pm-2pm - 10U, 9U
Saturday 2pm-4pm - 8U, 7U
CFA merchandise will be on sale all day. So stock up on the new items for 2008!

We will be out of town again for the second equipment pickup (8U). What's the best thing for us to do? Sorry for the inconvenience.

If you cannot make it to the equipment pickup dates, you can still pick up equipment during the first week of practice in the evenings.
