Final Equipment Return for 2011

Saturday, 3 December, will be our final equipment return for ALL CFA teams. We insist that all our parents make every effort to get their son's equipment back to us in good condition on this date. Below is all the information that you will need to expedite this request. The process of equipment return is extremely easy and will take most folks less than 5 minutes. If you comply with ALL the instructions below under "Gear", you will get your equipment and cleaning deposit checks returned. We will also return your "work duty" deposit check if you have completed your obligation. There is NO excuse for not getting our equipment back in a timely manner. If this final weekend day - 3 December - presents a conflict, please make arrangements to get the equipment to someone else on your team so we are not chasing down equipment all winter long. We will cash equipment and cleaning deposit checks for all those parents not returning their son's equipment this weekend OR who have not made special return arrangements with the CFA Equipment Crew - period. If the suggested time below for your team's return on Saturday is not convenient, please feel free to come anytime between 9 am and 3 pm. The largest single expense to our organization is our truly superior equipment and we need the cooperation of all our CFA families to hold this expense down by getting ALL our equipment returned by this Saturday! 4th & 5th Grades - 11:00 - 1:00 pm
6th, 7th, & 8th Grades 1:00 - 3:00 pm
Location: PortaFab on Chestefield Airport Road, one block west of Wente's - left off Airport Road just before you reach the main building - look for the CFA signs!
Gear: Helmet with everything removed except the Chesterfield "C" logos

Pant pads (bagged) - 7 pieces (thighs, knees & hips + tail pad)
