Final CFA Equipment Return
When: Sat. December 5, 2009
Where: PortaFab Modular Building Systems @ 18080 Chesterfield Airport Rd - one block west of Wente's - almost directly south of our game fields on Chesterfield Airport Road

Saturday, 5 December will be our final equipment return for all those teams who were involved in the GFL playoffs AND any stragglers from our first return in November.  We would like ALL our parents to make every effort to get their son's equipment back to us in good condition on this date.  Please make arrangements with someone else on the team to get their son's equipment back if you have a conflict on the 5th.  Any family NOT returning their equipment to us on 5 December will be subject to forfeiture of their deposit checks which is extremely expensive.  Below is all the information that our folks will need to expedite this request.  The process of equipment return is extremely easy and will take most folks less than 5 minutes.  There should be NO excuse for not getting our equipment back in a timely manner.  Again, if this Sat. presents a conflict, please make arrangements to get the equipment to someone else on the team so we are not chasing down equipment all winter long.  The largest single expense to our organization is our truly superior equipment and we need the cooperation of ALL our CFA families to hold this expense down by getting ALL our equipment returned!  Thanks in advance for helping make this equipment return a success.

Gear:  Helmet clean - everything removed except the Chesterfield "C" logos
        Shoulder Pads - clean
        Game jerseys (blue & white) laundered & folded
        Game Pants - laundered
        Pant pads - 7 pieces (thighs, knees & hips + tail pad)
